We only collect personal data if you provide it to us via contact forms or by e-mail. This includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and company details.

The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and for communication with you. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

4. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies. Analysis or marketing cookies are only set with your express consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Hosting and E-mail Services

Our website is hosted by Microsoft Azure in the Frankfurt (Germany) data center. Data processing takes place within the EU/EEA. The contractual partner is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) according to Art. 46 GDPR are in place for any data transfers outside the EU/EEA.

For our business e-mail communication, we use Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard, also within the same Azure tenant located in Frankfurt. A data processing agreement (DPA) exists with Microsoft for this purpose as well. Data processing occurs within the EU/EEA or on the basis of the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Storage Duration

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect your data during transmission.
